I like the complexity and values within your text design created by the overlapping and gradient tool. Moving forward pay closer attention to your negative space. You're missing a letter in the bottom right hand corner.
You did a nice job gathering, painting, and removing the background of your images. I think the horse and Hercules could be moved in closer towards the center to allow for more space on the edges and the Burton logo could be delated because it feels disconnected to the rest of the picture. Also, use the paint bucket to fill in the basketball
